Until I got older, I never really appreciated all of the beautiful pieces I would see….

I ended up always loving so many pieces but knew they wouldn’t look good on me. I thought about all the fabulous outfits that could be worn and decided to send them into the world myself!

I started with a local flea market and slowly started doing more pop-ups.

I eventually was able to join a collaborative and sell in a brick-in-mortar in Providence, Rhode Island. I couldn’t be more excited to launch a website to share my vision!

Selling vintage was my creative outlet that helped me through graduate school. Once I graduated, I started creating clothing inspired by vintage styles. Handbags and jewelry soon followed as I started creating head to toe looks for special events. These are all part of canarie. It is just one bird in the bird’s nest.
